How to Use Egg Tracker

Welcome to Egg Tracker! This simple app helps you keep track of your daily egg consumption.

Adding Eaten Eggs: To record the number of eggs you've eaten, simply click on the number buttons (1-9) in the 'Eat Eggs' section. Each click will add a new transaction with the current date and the quantity of eggs you've eaten.

View Transactions: All your recorded egg transactions are listed in the 'Transactions' section. You can scroll through this list to review your history. Each entry shows the date and quantity of eggs eaten.

Setup & Counters:

• Total Number of Eggs: Initially, and whenever you get a new batch of eggs, set the total number of eggs you have.
• Rest Eggs: This field shows the current number of eggs remaining from your total. It automatically decreases as you eat eggs. You can also manually adjust this if needed.
• Eaten Eggs: This counter tracks the total number of eggs you've recorded as eaten. You can also set an initial value if you're starting mid-batch.
• Click the 'Update' button after setting or changing any values in the 'Set-up' section to apply your changes.

Clear All Data: If you wish to start fresh, you can click the 'Clear all data' button. Please note, this will erase all recorded transactions and reset the counters to their default values. You will be asked to confirm this action to prevent accidental data loss.

Egg Tracker uses your browser's local storage to save your data, ensuring your information is preserved even after you close the browser. Enjoy tracking your eggs!
